The woodwork and aesthetics of the Sunray Westlake sauna are incredible. It's simple but elegant design includes thick, durable Canadian Hemlock wood. Inside, there is ample seating. An ergonomic supportive backrest is provided ($80 value). The stove operates quietly and an easy to read thermometer is above it plus a thermo-hygrometer to measure humidity.
Need to get to the perfect temperature? The cabin has a vent in the ceiling that can help to regulate temperature and humidity. The included water cask and spoon allow you to add water to the heater stones to get to your desired humidity level. You can also set a timer so that the heat automatically turns off after the session is up.
Assembly, the operation, and maintenance is minimal and straightforward. The wooden panels are designed in a "tongue and groove style", making it easy to clasp them together. Likewise, the slats for the floor and bench area can be easily laid down in place. The electronics are 220V and 30amps and are ETL/CSA certified.
