We don't just sell saunas. We are a small independently owned business with a passion for health and wellness and we want others to experience healing through sauna use.

Hi, I'm Mason Blake and this is my Sauna e-commerce business. I'm a serial entrepreneur and online business operator for more than 12 years. After founding and operating multiple venture-backed startups, I had burned out and my health really took a beating. I was working 80+ hour weeks, stressed out, not eating healthy, not sleeping well, almost never exercising, overweight, rapidly greying hair, aching back, and completely tapped out of energy.

I'm not sure what clicked for me, but in late 2022 I couldn't do it anymore. I finally snapped and took matters into my own hands. I didn't want to be tired and unhealthy. I wanted to live life on my terms, not my investors. I wanted to feel good and have the energy to play with my daughter without back pain, or trouble getting up off the floor. That's when I started to make changes and decided to focus on my mental and physical health. I started going to the gym every day, focusing on quality sleep, changing my diet, and learning a lot about how "biohacking" and all the little things you can do to make significant improvements in your daily health.

I always knew about saunas, used them off and on throughout the last couple of decades, but I wasn't a sauna enthusiast... YET! Once I started reading the research on the numerous health benefits of saunas and cold plunges I was blown away! Enter eSteamed Saunas -- this was my path to ditch the startup life and take my new-found passion for health and fitness and turn it into my full time business that I operate from home. Win-win ...
