Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to customerservice@esteamedsaunas.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 5% administration / restocking fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
If you used financing for your purchase and wish to cancel, the fees charged by the financing company (ie, Affirm or Shop Pay Installments) are non-refundable. As an example, if you purchased an item that is $1000 and used Affirm, they charge 5.99%, so your refund will be $1000 - $59.90 = $940.10
Returns
Depending on the brand you selected, the return policy will vary. Please remember that these are large shipments which are transported via freight trucks, and shipping often costs several hundred dollars. eSteamed Saunas is happy to offer free shipping, but if the customer chooses to return their product, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to and from the facility.
Additionally, many brands allow for returns only when the items are not damaged and within 30 days of your order. Sometimes that 30 day window is based on your invoice date, sometimes based on your delivery date. Please contact us for more details.
