I'm giving 5 stars although the sauna came with a crack in the top ceiling. When I called the company they sent out the new part immediately with no questions asked so I'm impressed so far with the customer service. The sauna works great on my patio and provides all the heat we need to get a good sweat going. Hard to find an outdoor model at this price so I'm definitely pleased with the purchase.
