Hot air naturally rises, so as the sauna heater heats the air at the top, it will tend to rise and stay around the ceiling (directly above the heater). When it encounters the metal heat reflector, it will heat the metal surface. The metal, in turn, will conduct heat and warm up. As the metal heats up, it will radiate heat back into the room, and the warm air will flow down along the walls and into the lower part of the sauna. MAINTENANCE: Wipe down the stainless steel with a dry clothe every 3-4 weeks.

ASSEMBLY: Easy assembly - screw in the four corners inside the center ceiling of the barrel sauna, directly above the heater.
